Vital functions
Thursday, June 25th, 2009The human body requires the essential nutrients called vitamins for all vital functions. The vitamins keep the organs both internal and external in fine working condition. It is true that some of the vitamins are produced in the body while many vitamins may have to be sourced from our daily food intake and vitamin supplements. We can get these essential vitamins from vegetables, fruits, and milk. Intake of vitamins will not add to the weight of a person as they are wonderful nutrients without any calorie content. Some of the very important functions of the human cells are impossible without the help of vitamins.
