In the 12th century Chinese ink was invented with the utilization of dye from the natural plant. The squad ink can also be taken from animals and the other inks can be obtained from graphite which can be mixed with water and then applied to the images. This is how ink evolved. In the ancient India ink was obtained from burnt bones, pitch, tar and many other substances. Then the pointed tip using these encre that are obtained from burnt bones and other substances was found out. The further more improvements to obtain good quality ink products were made in the later days.
